you gotta remember these guys all live in reno where it snows and shit, so of course their cars might not be in as good of condition as ones in california, but I was there, and can say that those cars were all pretty tight, and there were a few there that could probably beat yours so ....

I understand that a lot of them will beat mine but just because it snows and rains does not mean that they will have pieces of shit. It snows here where I live and my car is not beat to shit like theirs.

Here is some pictures of just one of our crews cars. He lives in the same place as me where it also snows and it real icey in the winter time. There is sand on the road all year round.

Its got a turboed b18b1 in it.

And ive seen the red hatch frostbyte posted at the last mayhem meet and its pretty tight ... but i still think its whack to diss these guys just because maybe they dont worry about the exterior too much ... shit i bet if people see the few pics of my car it was lookin pretty beat too cause it was really dirty cause id been up in the sierras camping for 10 days prior to the meet.

has reno been introduced to the 6th gen. civic coupe?

The acura banner, the unpainted fenders, the mis-matching rims. Just to name a few. now, i'll buy the weather claim for somethings, but there's only two cars in those series of pics that i wouldn't mind having. One was the eclipse and the other was the prelude. And possibly the white hatch. Granted, from what you said, a couple of them are fast, but still. There's a term that's used around here, i believe it's "jallopy".

B18 turbo mean nothing to me that red hatch puts out 180whp ALL MOTOR B16 and one of our other Mayhem Cars is a 2nd gen teg with a B16 turbo with Nitrous. It is a stripped bucket but it is still clean. Painted Gunmetel with (1) piece headlights. Sorry if their car looks Janky I am going to say so. That is why Nissan and Mazda and Toyota guys call people that own Honda's Ricers. Have you been in the other forums latly? MY brother owns a 1st gen CRX with a B16 swap and it is an 87 and looks cleaner then those cars.

the same could be said about me still having a 4th gen and not a 5th gen ... im just the guy who posts pics of the events, and despite you guys not liking these guys cars, it was still a dope meet, the people were all really nice, and if you wanna say shit to them ... they are having another meet sometime in august so you guys can all roll in and deal with it then.

and that prelude was a pos ... it got pulled on by a dx! :loser:

I am not saying that they are crap I am say that thier cars are crap. I am going to be in Irwindale in August because they are having the D1 Grand Prix at Irwindale Speedway. Matt I know you will be there we need to go out to dinner when I am down there.

well if i'm not mistaken, and i might be, but doesn't the prelude have a little something called a h22a? Might've been a pos, but still worth having. And the D1 in Irwindale should be something worth going to, seeing how i have tickets that an attorney gave me. Pretty sure they're VIP tickets cause that's usually what he gives me, so maybe i'll be there instead of driving my ass up to eh, reno.

i doubt it was h22 powered ... i think they had a base model prelude that year that had a dohc non vtec engine also.

I raced an H23 Prelude the 2.3 liter non VTEC and it ran a 17.4 at the track.

Looked like most of the cars Melt posted were being worked on some what.. and i've never seen a car in the process of being worked on as far as body work that looked nice.. Primer isnt susposed to look clean.. newly placed fenders.. its not a car show.. its a car MEET ! :loser:
