Your Opinion - Prices on a 2002 BMW 3.25Ci and 325Ci vs ???chak22 11-21-2001, 01:02 PM If I am looking at buying a 2002 325Ci fully loaded with MSRP of $37,620 (USD), what do you think a good deal is? How much under MSRP should I try to save? Are there any cars you think I would be better off buying other than the 325Ci? I was looking at the Audi A4, the Acura CL, and the Passat. Any suggestions?? gang$tarr 11-21-2001, 04:25 PM is that for the convertible?? cause that price is way too much for the coupe the bmw destroys those other cars, they don't even compare.... you should test drive them all and see for yourself :) 328isRob 11-24-2001, 11:01 PM That's the coupe.... (above).... and that's a little high for a 325... for a few grand extra you could have the 330 which blows the A4 away. But for as much as they have quoted you I would go for the A4 and you would still have money left over for a chip and a suspension which will beat the 325. EdgarFan659 11-25-2001, 12:30 PM What options do you have in there? I assume when you say fully loaded that you mean all three packages - sport, cold weather, and premium. Do you have the Bi-Xenon headlights and a navigation system? The MSRP for the 325Ci coupe with all three packages, bi-xenon's and navigation system is $38,170. That's from http://www.bmwusa.com I would suggest going on there and building your 325 online with all the options that you want. That way you know the MSRP for that particular setup and if the dealer is asking too much. EdgarFan659 11-25-2001, 12:36 PM I got that price that you were quoted by your dealer. Let us know if this is right: 325Ci coupe: Sport, Premium, Cold weather packages. Steptronic/auto tranny and the Harmon Kardon upgrade. MSRP: $37,620 What color are you thinking about getting on your coupe? This has nothing to do with your original question, I'm just curious. :) makoto 11-27-2001, 11:50 PM OUCH! that is high for 38k! i paid nearly that much for my 330! (mine wasnt fully loaded obviously), but you can make do with alot of those extra options. i agree with gangstar except about the Cl type-S. edmunds.com actually rated the CL over 330 in the luxury sports coupe challenge (due to bang per buck technicality). the cl is a decent competitor, but i would most definitely stick to bmw. (bmw was unmatched in the performance category) chak22 11-29-2001, 01:32 PM Thank you for all your sugestions, I just drove my new 325Ci home from the dealership, and it is .....just ridiculously luxurious and sporty. Its no 330, but the insurance is a lot less. Thanks again....:licker: EdgarFan659 11-29-2001, 01:59 PM Nice dude. So what color did ya get? vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
