Here is a Renault Megane I built a few years ago.

This is Fujimi's Megane coupe kit, built box stock but I added some detailing in the interior, stripped the chrome from the wheels and sprayed them with metalizer. The body is painted Boyd's Roadstar Orange over grey primer, the interior is sand tan and black, with charcoal grey flocking for the carpeting and rear package shelf. I added semi-scratchbuilt rear speakers and a exhaust tip made from aluminum tubing. Again, your thoughts and comments are always welcome!

Here's a rear view.

BTW, the license plates and frames have been redone since these pics were taken. It looks more realistic now, without that bright yellow plastic showing and the obvious decal peeling up!

Here's a picture of the speakers I put in the interior.

It's very nicely built, and painted !
Good job! Only thing that keeps me from buying this kit seems to be the front and rear lights, that are slightly out of proportion comparing to the real model.

but still, a fine job!

I don't recall where I originally bought the kit but I'd bet that HobbyLink Japan has it! It's a relatively simple kit, like alot of Fujimi's car models, but it's neat and it builds up well, as you all have said. Thank you all very much for the kind words. This is the first place I have posted this model where it actually got ANY comments, let alone a bunch of nice ones! I posted it on Hobby Heaven's board and didn't get any response at all. I do like Tom Carter's message board but it's also nice to have this one as there seems to be a different and more geographically varied group of people on here. Thanks again for the positive feedback guys!
