So, here's my dilemma: I am upgrading my 99's suspension. I will be adding new performance springs, and now maybe the Koni shocks when they are introduced in January. Before I chose to go the spring route, looked into the entire TEIN set-up, but I just can't swing those kind of prices right now, nor will I in the near future.

I know that everyone in this forum has their own opinon on what's good (TEIN, JIC, etc...) and what's not, but has anyone out there gone with new springs/shocks and been happy with the perfomance/handling? I mean, just because someone can't manage to swing one of those high end set-ups, are they doomed to ridicule and poor handling?

I think there's some confusion..

Your car has shocks, not struts; and definately not both :) That would explain why Koni says they are making shocks for the USDM P11.
