Ferrari F40 finished!

It's finally finished. It was hard to make this 15 old Italer kit to look decent. Many things don't fit and it was much work to correct that.
It's reboxed by Revell (AG) in 2001 and my recomendation is to NOT buy it. Go for Tamiya kit which is much better.

that is absolutely fantastic! Given the fact that it is an Italeri kit, you showed us some decent modeling here over the last couple of weeks!

I really want to build one, but of all the cars I'd like to choose it wouldn't come first, I'll have to wait til I buy the cars I like most first. :frown:

Top job! I agree! That's some awesome work! My last Italeri kit ended up being smashed out of frustration!:frown:

That I didn't get so close to the finish maybe I will trash it. Front window is very small gap to the hood, and window between engine and seats is still short. But that things I didn't manage to fix.
Windows are the worst part of kit.

Do you think die-cast is good ? Almost all kits i've seen here are far superiour to the best die-cast out there.

But anyways, I love that color on the F40 and you've built an amazing model. Great Job
