Lexus IS300 (Altezza) GT Style **PIC**Vric 07-12-2003, 05:06 PM I just ended this kit today. Took a while to make since the body was in very (i mean VERY) bad shape after a bad primer that hurt the plastic.. Couple of days of sanding, primering and now is time to see the result ! The body was in so bad shape that I am incredibly satified with the look of this kit now. Gt Wing and home made decals added you can see more pics on my web site as usual: http://models.magietec.com here is a pictures for those that are too lasy to click on a link :biggrin2: http://models.magietec.com/album/IS300/lexus_1.sized.jpg Comments are more than welcome z_dutchie 07-12-2003, 05:12 PM MORE PIC'S loks veryvery nice :bigthumb: Valentino 07-12-2003, 05:23 PM Sweet, that color suit the car nicely :bigthumb: Vric 07-12-2003, 06:12 PM Originally posted by z_dutchie MORE PIC'S loks veryvery nice :bigthumb: more pics avalable on my web site.. proof ppl don't read what you write  tonioseven 07-12-2003, 06:20 PM Originally posted by Vric more pics avalable on my web site.. proof ppl don't read what you write  :spit: Very nice!!:sunglasse I really like the color!:bigthumb: flyonthewall 07-12-2003, 07:00 PM Originally posted by tonioseven :spit: Very nice!!:sunglasse I really like the color!:bigthumb: :iagree: MR-2RaCeR 07-12-2003, 09:41 PM I think it looks great, but i also think its too simple. njh 07-12-2003, 09:44 PM Good work! MR-2RaCeR 07-12-2003, 11:37 PM Originally posted by Vric explain ? always open to sugestion Well, if you look at it, it looks just like you built it box stock with a GT Wing. I think you should add a lip and sum skirts to it, but its only a suggestion u dont have to listen to it... sugarcaddy 07-13-2003, 01:14 AM Very Nice Car!! The color looks good. Olny suggestion from me is the tail lights in the trunk area need to be less dark. Maybe some clear red with crome foil backing would make them stand out better. Oh and the web site is awsome!! Scott OZracing 07-13-2003, 01:52 AM maybe a change of rims will make the model look better?...anyway your model looks cool except for the rims....:bigthumb: :iceslolan ... Although I'm not sure such a metallic color suits the car, from what I've seen Mica or Gloss colors work better with the lines of the car  I also think a bigger exhaust and some gunmetal TE37's would complete the GT style look. BTW: Did you get the inspiration for this from my avatar pic? Vric 07-14-2003, 03:19 PM Originally posted by tc3house That altezza looks great. BTW: Did you get the inspiration for this from my avatar pic? No I didn't get the inspiration of your avatar.. I did the kit and my dad past near me and say: "humm this could look great with a wing and some decals" so did I.. I know some other wheel would look better, but I don't have any left.. will look I have the C-West RX7 kit.. maybe the silver rims would be good on it IwannaDRift 07-15-2003, 01:34 AM Nice build!!:bigthumb: Verminator 07-15-2003, 08:13 AM Nice clean model, whats the colour? imo the rims look great :bigthumb: primera man 07-15-2003, 09:04 AM Sweet looking build Vric 07-15-2003, 09:07 AM Originally posted by Verminator Nice clean model, whats the colour? imo the rims look great :bigthumb: if you have looked on my website (where there is MORE PICS :biggrin2: ) you can read: Color: Nissan A17 Sunset Leman it's custom mixed Nissan automotive paint vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
