the first thing im saying is that i have searched the forum and did not find out exactly what i wanted to know.
heres my question. what are the necessary fuel and boost requirements to max out a sr20det T25 or T28, say about 14-15 psi? safely and reliably? and is a fuel pressure regulator needed?

i know you need a new fuel pump when you boost over 12psi on a sr20det.. to boost 14-15 psi i suggest gettin a 3'downpipe,exhause, intake, fmic,i\c piping,s-afc-r,and the fuel pump.. that should let you boost 14-15psi on the t-25..

supra tt fuel pump is good for sr20

walbro 255 l/ph pump is common upgrade
and can be found on ebay aswell as most sr tuning sites.

and a guy i talked to told me its a must when swappin in the sr.. he says he was runnin a super high compression without it cause there was little gas and tons of air giong in (due to the turbo) he said he was runnin 17:1 compression for like 4 mins and almost blew the engine.

soon as he got the walbro he was good, xcept then his ecu fried. dont think it had to do with the walbro though, unless fuel mapping was altered or screwed up after the install.

why would an afc be needed with just a fuel pump upgrade?

To help get a better a/r ratio. Sure it will work without one, but with the s-afc you can tune the fuel curve a little bit more and extract some extra power.
