So I have 195/65 14 tires currently and I want to get some Potenza RE950's. But I really want to increase my grip, so I'm considering getting wheels with a wider width. How do I determine what is the maximum width I can go before I start to run into problems like rubbing the inside of the wheel well?

Fitment is going depend on wheel width and offset. In rough terms offset determines how far "in" or "out" a wheel is.

I would recommend using our Upgrade Garage as a guide as we have already checked our wheels for proper width and offset.
