View Full Version : buying KA buying KA ToxicPerformance 07-07-2003, 02:17 PM If I ever do get this car, I was thinking about swapping to the sr20det, but I don't want to deal with all the not being able to pass emmissions stuff. So now i'm thinking of just turbocharging the stock ka24de engine. But the engine in this car has 125,000 miles on it already. So I was wondering where I could get a ka24de engine with low miles on it (maybe like 30,000). Is there an online store that I could look at that sells them? Around how much money would it be? Thanks for your time. Twyzz 07-07-2003, 03:08 PM hmm if you wanted an auto i know a guy who is selling one i new london, 800 bucks he wants for it. ToxicPerformance 07-07-2003, 03:37 PM hmmm....i'd rather have a 5spd, but I could always do the 5spd swap. Do you have any pics?
