I have a '93 civic cpe ex. My speedo recently stopped working. Every once in a while it'll surge to like 60mph when i'm barely rollin'. Is this a common thing or what? I just got the car as a graduation gift in april from a used car dealer who i now think is a damn crook with all the crap that's happening to my car. PLEEZE HELP MEEEE!!!:confused:
