Tercel GTS 07-05-2003, 10:56 PM any steam out tail pipe? or does that water blo out the radiator if cap is open when you start it cold? Jonny Angel 07-09-2003, 09:07 PM Ok there is no steam out the tail pipe.... But the fan now only turns on when my air coditioner is turned on... So at first I thought the thermostat was stuck... But now this.... Could it have something to do with the relay switch? or should I get a new radiator and fan installed..
