Ok there is no steam out the tail pipe.... But the fan now only turns on when my air coditioner is turned on... So at first I thought the thermostat was stuck... But now this.... Could it have something to do with the relay switch? or should I get a new radiator and fan installed..

look for the temp sensor for the fan, either on radiator or near thermostat housing, that's prolly bad

Yes, its called ECT sensor, its under the coil pack it has 2 wires on it, it controls when the fan comes on by engine coolent temp.
