What is the best used car for 7,500 Euro Budget

Hi guys,

I'm shopping for a car but I don't have any knowledge about cars except 100hp+ go wroom wroom :headshake faster if I'm not mistaken :iceslolan

Anyways, I would like your opinion on what is the best used european car for 7,500 euro budget.

I'm looking for something comfortable, low maintenance costs.

I commute 18 miles mon-fri to work and on the weekend I usually go on short travels to a different city or a mountain etc.

What I'm looking for is a low maintenance cost car that's able to go faster up-hill because most of my commute is up-hill riding.

Some cars I had in mind were:
Golf mk6
Skoda Octavia
Skoda Rapid
VW Passat
Peugeot 308

I've done some research and if I'm not mistaken, Peugeot 308 is expensive to maintain and Golf mk6 is not good after year 2011 based on the consumer reports.

Would like to get your thoughts on this topic as I'm completely clueless when it comes to cars.
