1994 5.0 chev 1500 trans

Just purchased a 1994 Chevrolet Cheyenne 1500 5.0L

The guy I bought it from said it has a hard time shifting??

Can someone help me out not really mechanically inclined and need some opinions

Also how do you change and actuator cap ???

change the tranny fluid and filter use dexron VI...automatic .. if you have a manual tranny you need to replace the clutch and replace the disc.manual tranny fluid requires synchromesh oil.
