Great forum.

2003 crv that i was replacing radiator but ripped out this wire from radiator fan connector.
I tried putting wire in but it slips/falls out.

Should i get a new connector for this radiator fan wire or can i just put this old connector back on?

What's the best method? Get the wire back in or get new connector?

If its put back in, how can i get it to stay?

p.s. no way can i get a whole new harness, still a noob.

Usually pins like that have small tangs that bend outward to hold it in place once it's pushed in. Look close and you can bend them back out with a small screwdriver, knife blade etc.

^^^ What he said.

Unless the tang broke off when the wire came out. If the wire ended up getting pulled on as a result of trying to disconnect the connector, the tang may have broken off just prior to the wire pulling out.

Do you have any idea what that wire goes to? Since it's a single wire connector I would guess a temp sensor or similar. Since it doesn't appear to a be a wire that carries a lot of current you may be able to get away with feeding the wire back in to the connector and holding it there when remating the connection.
