Nissan Qasqhai 2008 vs Peugeot 3008 2013 vs Ford Focus 2013

Hello people :) I am new to this forum and would like to start up my journey with an advice.
I am currently going to upgrade my vehicle from a VW Bora 2002, and I have the 3 options mentioned Nissan Qasqhai 2008 vs Peugeot 3008 2013 vs Ford Focus 2013.
The Qashqai is a japanese vehicle , and although with a Renault engine, shouldn't have DPF issues as it is 2008. It is only used for 28000 km , all factory condition and practically new for the price of 9600EUR.
The Peugeot 3008 is only 40,000 miles with panoramic roof and it is more modern car. In my country parts for Peugeot are cheap and readily in stock. But I am very concerned as I read the quality of a Peugeot is not so good and they suffer from electronic defects. It is 11000EUR.
The Ford Focus is 11500EUR and is the same engine as the Peugeot. Only 40,000 miles as well. I'm hoping no electronic problems, but still Peugeot engine.
I am mostly inclined at the Nissan, since it is locally bought and practically new. But I don't know... maybe I am making a mistake. Can you help please?
