Pilot bearing/ sleeve removal

So to start off I have an 02 Dodge Dakota 4x4 with the 4.7 new magnum and the NV3500 transmission. Had an issue with the clutch not disengaging so ripped out the transmission to get further diagnosis of what was going on with the clutch, upon removal of the pressure plate the pilot bearing just fell out of the crank! With further inspection it looks like the needle bearing pilot had completely seized and was spinning inside the ~2" sleeve that is pressed into the crankshaft. Needless to say this bushing is completely wiped out new pilot bearing will just fall out of the crank just like the old one and ~.03" of a gap in the OD of the pilot bearing and ID of this "sleeve". Google searching and checking of multiple service manuals pulls up nothing on this sleeve or even its existence. Have any of yall ever removed one? Or know any tricks for removing it? Unsure if the old grease trick will work as it looks like the sleeve is butted right up against the crank flange and there is zero lip to hook onto with a blind hole puller.

Replying on self for anyone who might have this issue in the future. Grease trick did not work best way ive found so far is to cut grooves 180 degrees from each other with tungsten carbide cut off wheel on a dremel then use a pilot bearing puller tool with a slide hammer. Came out in about 15 seconds using this method.
