04 Durango 5.7 hemi keeps overheating. Been dealing with th is for over a year. Has overheated twice and had heads replaced due to warping. All in all have replaced water pump, radiator, cap. Thermostat, rad hoses and fan clutch. Frustrated. With all this done, still is losing water. Not noticing external loss. No water out tailpipe, oil is not cloudy or showing signs of water contamination, no loss of power. Heater and ac work normally. No audible hissing out radiator cap or leak out. Does anything g pop into anyone's mind? Please help if any thoughts.

You've replaced a lot. Have you done a coolant pressure test? The water/coolant has to be going somewhere.

I'd recommend the cooling system pressure test as well as a combustion gas analysis (kit is less expensive than a pressure tester if you're purchasing) to see if either/both help narrow down what the issue is. With the pressure test kit test both the cooling system as well as the radiator pressure cap to make sure it's pressurizing the system correctly.

When it overheats, what are the signs since you mention there's no hissing and there's no leak out? Is it just showing on the gauge that it's getting too hot?

Depending on the test results a plugged radiator will cause over heating.
