Coolant crossover line, 2006 tahoe, 5.3

I replaced the Water pump, Thermostat, and radiator. the line at the top of the motor, connected to the two heads, is leaking water. I bought a used one, and same issue. what have I missed?

Look at the picture their is a small o-ring for each opening did you go to hard ware and purchase two new o-rings. A parts store may also carry them. It's possible the metal tubing is cracked.The hose may also be cracked.
