Wiring Harness Diagram/Color Codes

I was hoping to find someone who has a picture of or knows were to locate an image of the wiring harness color codes and or a diagram the explicitly shows or entails what each cord goes to.

The cords have already been cut, but looking to attach a 2016 pioneer sirius xm radio to the older stereo cords. Please contact me if you have any information about where to find layouts or instructions/diagrams on the wiring harness for the 2008 Nissan Pathfinder stereo/radio.
