put used rear end in vehicle test drove fine took out 2 days later about 10 miles just died no stumble just like you turned key off got it to start a couple of times go 50 feet die check engine light won't come on will not spin over can jump starter will spin but no start:runaround:

You have to be more specific. What kind of vehicle (make, model and year)? Where did the rear end come from? Any other details you can think of that might be relevant.

2003 grand marquis got rear end from wrecking yard numbers match replaced ign. switch same thing, check eng. light did work I was trying to get monitors to reset for insp. when this happened check eng. light quit working no communication at obd II connector
