Jeff Gordon's 2014 Brickyard 400 Winner

I finally finished this the other night... This is the new Revell Snap Tite Max kit with the typical BAD TLC to make it look respectable. I used the Powerslide sheet and it looks surprisingly good applied. I messed up on the dash electronics... i used hardline for the connectors coming out of the EFI box and they are pressing on the windshield. It made a stress mark in the glass. >:( I made a windshield cover out of an old sunglass cloth and cut it to fit. It looks OK, but will look better when I finish the Brickyard base I plan to make and a few other "sitting on pit road" goodies I plan to add.

This is one of those days when I can confirm I love model making.....this was a 'Wow, look at that!' moment. I have these decals too - I'll have to get one of those kits now. Fabulous looking car and model.
