Thought it might be a fuel problem. Checked the EFI relay it's good and passing voltage to COR relay. But when the COR relay closes when I turn key to on, i can not her fuel pump run. I removed the COR relay and jumped the contacts turned the key to on and pump runs ,and stays running. Cranked the engine but still won't start. Replaced spark plugs and wires. Bought a ignition test light and showing spark on each cylinder. ( it's a 4 cylinder) . Any ideas

I would replace the ignition coil. It is a known bad actor and difficult to troubleshoot.
