2006 Grand Marquis Air Conditioning

When AC is selected only hot air is blown. Previously when self check system was preformed, codes 024 and 025 displayed. After shutting engine off and restarting and selecting AC it would blow cold air. Now when using the same procedure it blows only hot air. Can you offer any suggestions to correct this?
