Decals on fabric seat belts

I have been making seat belts using an aftermarket item from Acu Stion.
The belts are made from fabric and there are decals included for the branding.
However, I am a bit worried that the decals will not stick on or stay on the fabric.
Has anyone tried this before?
On previous kits I glued the decal in place on top of the fabric with a very thin slice of the paper still attached on it, looks OK, but I want to step up my game a notch... :naughty:

I separate the decals from the paper and dry them. After that, I use white glue diluted with water and glue them to the seatbelts. Hope this method helps.

I place the decals on the belt and add a tiny amount of Tamiya extra thin cement which acts as some kind of super decal setter. Just remember a tiny amount, don't go heavy or you can ruin the decal.

I put the decal on a piece of tape painted to match the belt, spray it with a very thin coat of matte clear, and then put the tape on the belt. Probably overkill...
