Hello AF! Long time no see. After my camera broke, I was stuck using my iphone. My daughter suggested an app to adjust my pics and so I finally used it. So now the pics look a little better and well...here I am.

This is Mobeius' Tumbler. After building the Bandai, I was excited to have a larger version. On this effort I opened the side intakes and added aluminum mesh. I also wanted lights and an opening top. The movie version is too complicated and there just isn't enough space there for all that. I managed, but the windshield ends up tacked to the roof with putty. Other than that I plumbed the tanks in the rear and scratch built the struts.

And so this is what I came up with

Excellent job!! Very fun and somewhat difficult kit-for an auto. It seems to build up more like an armor kit. Nice subtle mods you've done also!

I agree with Frank, very nicely executed.
What solution did you use for the lights?

I used LED's off small string lighting some people use to decorate trees etc. They're very small and can be purchased at clearance prices after the holidays.

Don't worry about the seams on the interior box since they will be hidden by the armor plates. opening the side intakes makes a huge difference.

Thanks for the kind words guys
