P0401 causing transmission problem?

Hey everyone! Working on a 2001 SSEI SC for a friend. She told me as she was driving, the check engine light came on and the transmission seemed like it disengaged, engine would rev, but not pull. She pulled over, turned the car off, restarted, put the car in D and it took off fine. Well I pulled the code and it came up with P0401 code. I pulled the EGR valve, cleaned it, drove it for 50 miles or so and didn't have any issues. Returned the car to her and it happened again. She returned the car to me, I went to read the codes and it showed P0102, P0401, P0742, P0757. I tried to put the car in gear and it wouldn't move, turned the car off and checked transmission fluid and it looked fine. I turned the car back on and it still wouldn't shift. I cleared the codes and it started working again. Has anyone else had any issues like this?

I doubt the first two codes caused a slip...sounds like 3 separate problems.......first two codes would not cause a slip....

Need to do a road test with a scan tool attached........watching slip data, and output vs input rpms in the tranny.......

The other could be a MAF or vac leak problem......

The EGR could be another separate problem....a bidirectional scan tool would verify EGR opening and flow and position.....
