360 engine - What Does It Mean!!?

So I just got an old (94) B350 and the first thing anyone with any interest asks is: "Does it have a 360 engine?".
Is is a good thing or bad?? These people are making me nervous.

I think it does it was listed under the VIN but who knows? and how? and WHY!?

Because it has more power than the 318 would be my guess as to why they asked.
