99 century water in floor board

If it not one thing it another.. Heater/defrost/ac still dont work but now I have another problem. I have lots of water on the passager side floorboard. I cleaned it up and next day more water back. Im still having to put antifreeze in radiator cause it leaks at the bypass pipe(which I found someone to help me fix it) I cant figuer out why Im getting all this water in the floor board. Need help !!

it could be several problems. you may have a leaking heater core, if you use ac a lot your ac drain tube might be plugged or knocked off or you may have a leak somewhere by base of windshield and floor only gets wet when it rains. if you turn your defrost on after car warms up and you see steam or a film forming on windshield its a leaking heater core for sure

It wasnt raining when it happened .. I cant turn on the defrost/heater/ac on cause the blower isnt working (thats one thing Im working on to fix)
