Counting votes, confirming votes are valid according to the rules, responding to the voters, making sure all votes are counted correctly, etc. Its not a lot of work, just time commitment.

I've got my help with organization, thank you guys.
I still wouldn't mind couple of sponsors willing to provide prizes for the winners, but we got the minimum to get going. Thanks all!
