2005 Taurus vin U starter good but no start?

Battery is good,new ignition switch,40A fuse under hood good . Now after unhooking safety switch I had a helper his start on key but not one wire was hot on start. I checked wires on ignition switch and there's I think 8-9 wires and every one is hot with key on ign but when II hit start they stay hot. I figured st least one should just be hot on start. The troubleshooting on alarm says this car is OK.
