Shown for the first time at the Paris Motor show, Volkswagen has released a Sport Concept car that has Lamborghini Doors and a Ducati engine. It has the same 197-horsepower V-twin engine as the Ducati 1199 Superleggera motorcycle. The XL Sport is based on the Volkswagen XL1, though larger than its predecessor, claims to be the most fuel-efficient production car of all time. The XL Sport is capable of reaching top speed of 168 mph on just 197 hp. The body is hand-built from steel subframes and carbon fiber reinforced polymer body, with a total package weight of 1962 pounds.
