Need Help 2010 camry se oil leak

Hello everyone,
I am planning to buy a 2010 Camry se. everything looks good but there is oil dripp in the transmission to rear of engine area.(Bellhousing area)
Is this a big problem.how much will it cost to fix(rough idea) . Please help me out please please.

This is very unusual for the four year old Toyota.

If leak comes from the valve cover it is still too early. Somebody may be spilled oil when filled it up.

If it really leaks between engine and transmission that suppose to be a very big job that involves removing engine.

might also be a axle seal leaking. most shops will be able to tell you where its coming from
