Oreilly auto carries Dorman part 47099 which is $4.99 for a 5 pack of those bushings for anyone who doesn't feel like being gouged by ford. It's also good for those of us who do this without removing any thing from the engine because you'll surely drop one or two before getting the hang of how they go in. Yeah that is a good tip on the dorman ones, on this particular one I went to change the outers which were cracked as you said and just from moving the linkage around the inners fell off too of course.
