Don't feel to bad about it, 5.0's are extremely tuner friendly, and parts for them are actually quite cheap. What year was the 5.0? MM&FF Magazine made 2 500+ normally aspirated engines, one was a carb, and the other was a 4.6L modular. He could gain HP quite easily if he dropped a set of GT40 heads, and maybe changed the plenum for one from a cobra. Plus, dunno if you heard anything or not, but there are tons of supercharger kits out there for the 5.0 as well.

Damn, that sucks... Just keep in mind that youre in a better looking car :tongue: Seriously though, considering the mods you have... that fox must have been seriously modded to hell. Bit of advice, ditch the flowmasters. They dont flow as well as you might think, not to mention in most cases give 0 hp.

I am doing this same combination and I am almost done I won't have the heads for a while though I need to save up I actually used a little bigger cam also....:sunglasse I love the Ford 5.0L

I would suggest you get the SLP LoudMouth with the SLP Y-pipe. Best sound and performance for its money.
