Need vehicle maintenance software?

Hi Friends i need a vehicle management and maintenance software. that should have the following features

1.Performance analysis
2.Auto remainders
3.Reports generation.(Graphical also)
4.Comparing performance of multiple vehicles.
5.Easy Accessible from anywhere (web based)
6.User friendly.

I searched a lot in Google. But nothing useful.Any peoples who are using these type of software please gave a suggestion.
