Coming home tonight, I pull up to a light right next to a faded-blue 1991-1994 Lumina. It had a 5-inch exhaust tip, dual racing stripes, and chrome hubcaps. Oh, did I mention 20X10 inch APC stickers on the front AND back windshields?

I took off aggressively as the light turned green...nothing unusual, same pattern I'd been following all night. I just wanted to get home because I was hungry.

The knucklehead (Mexican dude with a buzz-cut), I guess feeling the need to show off the extra power provided him by APC, guns it. At this time, I had reached my cruising speed of 50MPH...and that's when I heard the "roar" of his hi-power exhaust. I promptly dropped it to 2nd (my 2nd redlines at 64MPH), and instantly kept up with him. As I was sandbagging it, I was looking straight at the guy (straight-away, no traffic), waving bye-bye to him (he irritated me). I saw him for a couple of seconds.

I doubt that he saw me wave though...he looked so focused. He was hunched over his steering wheel, looking straight ahead...seemingly willing his car to go faster. That was the last image I saw as I hit the meat of my powerband in third. He was an easy 4-5 cars behind when I let off.

Anyhow, at the next light he was behind me in the right lane. Don't know if he really needed to, but he made a quick right turn when the light changed. Oh well...I was irritated enough that I wanted him to try again...and this time I was REALLY gonna step on it.

Fucking domestic ricers.

The ricers are usually the ones that have no idea what th SE-R on the back of my car means...they're all about image.

I had a guy with a real clean Civic EX I asked at a gas station if he wanted to race my stock Sentra. He said "that's an SE-R man...nah". Goes to show.

Ive seen quite a few SE-R's driving around here but nobody bothers to mod em.PPL here are so stupid that they don't even know an SR20de lurks under the hood..

Used to drive a purple Teg, now its a Gold Altima with no special mods. Why dont those heavily modded 5.0's pick on some lightly Modded LS1's and get owned :biggrin2:

Hey man the only raeson why not many ppl modded their SE-R's is cuz companies only just came out with products for the SE-R and the Spec-V, and not all the states have them yet.
