93 ram 250 can rear seat won't come back up please help !

I have a 93 ram 250 conversion van and the rear seat that folds into a bed stop working and I can get it back up. I don't think it is the switches cause both of the in the front and the back are not putting it back up. Is the motor gone and if it is where can I get one or do the rear seat that folds down into a bed run off a fuse or relay ! Please help me !
