Paint and detail tips needed.

Ok I know must of u good builders use air brushes to paint your bodies but unfortunately I'm stuck with either a can or a brush, but what I was wondering is what do ya'll use for painting engine and suspension detail?

I dont think I can help you but I use a cheap aibrush for them. :tongue:

If I were you I'd get one of those cheap Aztec airbrushes. Easy to clean and get the job done.

Other than that if I were you I'd brush paint those things with ename paint.

Another method is you could go to a hard are store and buy huge spray cans. Flat black for suspension, interiors.

Or buy other colors to have color combos for interiors such as red and white. And for interiors I think it would be better to have flat colors.

If you don't want to use spray cans or cheap airbrushes for interiors, engines, and suspensions I guess your stuck with brush painting.

I would suggest brush painting with enamel becausesince they dry slower they tend to leave less brush marks than acrylic paints do.
But I guess you have to practice, there are some people on this board that can brush paint enamels without leaving brush marks. But Im not one of those people.
