Old-school Tamiya Subaru XT Turbo CoupeZoomZoomMX-5 06-17-2003, 09:36 PM I built this one when it was new (back when the earth's crust was cooling), now it's got some discoloration in the Testors white paint and a set of rims from who-knows-where. Saw one on the road a couple weeks ago, what a time warp! It cleaned up pretty nice, and I got it to sit a bit lower. PMan would be proud of my panel lines! http://images3.fotki.com/v26/photos/1/10258/17860/SubaruXT1-vi.jpg http://images3.fotki.com/v26/photos/1/10258/17860/SubaruXT2-vi.jpg http://images3.fotki.com/v27/photos/1/10258/17860/SubaruXT3-vi.jpg http://images3.fotki.com/v26/photos/1/10258/17860/SubaruXT4-vi.jpg And for my next Old Skool Scooby Doo: http://images3.fotki.com/v26/photos/1/10258/17860/SubaruBRATboxart-vi.jpg I can have LOTS of fun with this one!  Layla's Keeper 06-17-2003, 09:41 PM Brats are WAY cool. I'm surprised there is a kit of it, though. Build it well. I'm counting on this thing being off the wall. :bigthumb: CamaroSSBoy346 06-17-2003, 09:45 PM hehe, i like old school imports, and thats a fine example. I dunno if you saw it, but Car And Driver had a beater contest, they had to find a car under 5000, and use it in ice racing, they used 1 of those Subarus. Unfortinatley, it came in 2nd out of 3 cars. It lost to a Camaro :iceslolan :thefinger and beat a Peougeot or Fiat, i cant remember. ZoomZoomMX-5 06-17-2003, 09:52 PM Originally posted by Octagon Brats are WAY cool. Either full-tilt tuner, or perhaps a support vehicle kinda thing for the rally team. A bit more kick than it's humble beginnings... Jay! 06-17-2003, 10:06 PM  what kind of engine? ZoomZoomMX-5 06-17-2003, 10:27 PM Originally posted by jay@af  what kind of engine? The kit's got a 1.8 boxer. I had the fujimi when the sc400 was fairly new and am almost done my XT coupe. flyonthewall 06-18-2003, 05:39 AM Cool! Cool! The XT rims are currently installed on my old Honda 1300 Coupe 9. OPM 06-18-2003, 05:21 PM got a box shot?never seen this one before vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
