It is the right front regulator - 2002 Regal LS. I replaced it 3 yrs ago but it never gets used - maybe 10 times tops. I imagine the plastic cable clip let loose - I heard a snap & window fell down. I need the door switch as well, it broke removing the wires.

Last one I bought off eaby from a recommendation here. The few times it was used it was a lot slower than stock. I see O'Reilly auto parts sells them from Doorman with & without motor. Do they function well or who's had the best luck with any brand?

One lasting three yrs is ok but the motor was slow & I'm skeptical about going back to ebay. Suggestions for the regulator & switch is appreciated.

BTW I have the original motor I think it works but have to check.

I found Amazon sells Doorman & AC Delco regulators. The Doorman regulator has a roller cable guide on the lead side vs the Delco that has just the cable guide which is like factory replacement. I think the replacement I used was prob Doorman. It was slow & a review on amazon mentioned that as well. Its like $57 vs $107 in price. Doorman is made in China.

So can anyone here offer up an opinion? Does any you replaced work as well & fast as the factory one? I'd like to get one one the way -- Thanks

Wont be much help. I have only installed the OEM ones as they seem to last the longest...

Maybe you can tell me if AC Delco is OEM? Or does Delco farm out to China as well? The original (OEM motor) was made in Mexico. It had more power than the one I replaced as I recall. Thanks

Would have problem using Delco parts since the make a lot of GM's electronics.
