No they don't make a specific one for the Xterra, only Frontier. So I did so molding and made it work.
Gauges all installed and working!

Instead of going straight out where the idiot light is connected. I went out where a 3/8NPT plug is located. I used a 3/8NPT to 1/8NPT adapter, 90-degree elbow, 45-degree elbow, and a 18" grease gun hose(which has 1/8NPT fittings on both ends. Then it was connected with a female/female connector to the sender.

Remotely mounted electric oil pressure sender. A band clamp grounds the sender if you don't directly connect it to the engine.

Voltage runs at 13.5 volts while truck is idling.
Oil pressure runs between 20psi+ idling up to 65+ when under heavy throttle.

I have more pics and instructions if anyone needs help doing this.

I like that a lot... How did the top part fit? IIRC, someone else had one of these and the top differed from the Frontier a little bit. Did you have to trim or deform it at all?

New pod before I trimmed it

Not perfect but it works for me. I had to heat it and mold it. I need a few drops of paint on the edge where I cut.

One thing to consider. The a-pillar on the Xterra is already pretty thick and blocks visibility. Add some VentVisors and it's worse. Add the pods and you've really got an obstructed view at the lower half of your a-arm.

I had my dealer order in a pillar for an 02' X to compare to my 01' X pillar. The reason I did this was Gaugepod.com only lists a pillar for 02'-04's. They were an exact match except that the 02' stock pillar has the tweeter cover. So with certainty I ordered the 02' X gauge pillar for my 01' X. I had to do minor trimming and molding, and I ended up with a very clean install. I looks like stock. I've got an oil pressure gauge and a trans temp gauge on the pillar, and a volt meter where my 12v power port used to be, next to the cubby tray. For that I drilled the existing hole up to 2" and pushed the gauge in. It looks very nice, and I have a clear view of it when I glance down. All gauges are hooked into the dimmer switch. The power port was moved on the left side of the cubby tray. I think the new hole I drilled for it was 1". I hooked the sending unit for the trans temp to a pressure test port on the side of the trans. The treads were the same. For the oil sending unit, I put a "T" fitting where the stock sending unit was, and put the Auto Meter sender on one side of the fitting and the stock sending unit on the other. No leaks at any fitting, and no problems after six months of service. All exterior wiring is ran through 1/4" fuel line for protection.

I am accustomed to them being there now, and feel it was a worthwhile project.

Shoot me! You can just click my gallery and look. If you want details just let me know. One of the photos shows the handle I installed above the driver's door window after installing the gauges were that one was.
I took a lot of photos to try and give you an idea of interior/exterior views. Nitetime shots are also included.
