2001 Jimmy Cluster problems

I have a 01 jimmy and all my gauges freak out everytime i start my car. I recently replaced the radiator, water pump, radiator hoses, thermostat and battery. They will have different readings almost everytime. Someone told me it could be the pcm. Does anyone have a suggestions? Today as I was shifting from park to drive the gauges started to move back and forth.
