Hallo

I have found the forum from Google and i would like to try my luck here.

I have a Mitsubishi outlander from 2003 and i would like to have trunk open but my Remote is only 2 keys unlock and Lock.

is it possible to buy a universal remote with 3 keys and add that to the system and then buy the motor for trunk ?

or shall i buy this system and then add it to the old system ?

the 1st link looks ok for the outlander. the 2nd one though will only automatically open the trunk, though i assume that's what you only want and not automatically extend/retract the trunk too, right?

because sadly my original remote have only 2 buttom so that cant i use for this.

looks good. i guess though it's a market thing, our outlander (CU4A) had three buttons for the remote. never found out what the 3rd button was for though. lol!
