Picking a new car BMW 530d or Jaguar XF

Hey guys I don't know if this is the right place to put this but I will be buying a new car in a couple of months and I wanted some opinions on the matter. Been driving a VW Touran and a Subaru Tribeca till now I wanted to switch to something more executive so I stopped my eyes on the BMW 530d and the Jaguar XF. For the engines the Jaguar XF 3.0 TDV6 240 as for the BMW the 530d or the 530d xDrive. I also want to know what are the advantages and disadvantages of a 530 GT over the normal 530 since I am looking it as an option and the worth of buying either one with an M-Packet.
