Need help to install front bumper that was torn off in accident.

Long story short, its a 95 Lumina LS. Front bumper was peeled off from drivers side all the way across to the passenger side in a slow impact accident. What I have questions about is what's the best way to re-attach all the hard black plastic "grid looking stuff", what hose connects to the round vacuum ball that I found laying on the ground with the bumper, and is there any do's or don'ts in doing this?

The energy absorbing plastic grid blocks are supposed to be attached to the inner bumper steel liner using push-pin rivets which expand in the hole when the set pin is pushed.

If the blocks are damaged they can be bonded in place with adhesive, or attached in some of the unused egg-crate recesses using self-drill screws.

If the damage is more serious, you may need to remove the steel shell and repair it and the mounting brackets before assembly:

The vacuum reservoir should be mounted to the shell behind the left headlight, and the single vacuum line should be nearby.

Thanks for the pics! That made short work of everything being able to see it. We have it all back together except for the one broken side marker light, and inner fender well on the driver's side. Looks good compared to the way it looked all ripped off and scattered everywhere. :iceslolan
