Ok....My boyfriend is doing a much needed tune up to my Vehicle this weekend. Last week we brought the car in for an inspection sticker. While pulling into Inspection station the car stopped, and would not start back up again. Soooo Make a long story short shop looked at vehicle said they did a Diagnostic on it. Nothing wrong with it just needs a good tune up..ok so my bf is doing tune up..however now the car won't even start up at all!!! Won't even start if we try jumping it. Is the guy at the shop pulling our chains or could a much needed tune up actually cause the car not to start?? Any suggestions or ideas what it might be. HELP!!!

Is the engine turning over when you try to start it? Does it sound like it is trying to start?
