Uplander navigation raddio

HI, Does anyone knew if the oem navigation radio from GM (delphi) for uplander, SV6, terazza and relay can tune in both even and odd radio frequencies? European FM stations transmit on even stations like 95.2, 98.8, etc. and not only on the odd 95.3, 98.7, etc. like in US! If anyone has an oem navigation radio this can be easily tested through turning the tuning knob! I guess it is reasonable to conclude that the FM receiver can lock to the even stations as well if they can be tuned in and displayed but not skipped/jumped across during tuning! Any help in this matter is highly appreciated /Bengt :)
