Hello,

I'm new to the forum.
I have a lumina in the shop. It dies after you run for a little bit. If I let it sit and cool it will fire up and run again until it decides to die.
So far the mechanics replaced coil pack, ignition module, fuel filter, crank sensor and fuel pump. Check engine light does not come on.
Will fuel injectors act up only when car gets warm?
Any advice would be appreciated. Ready to take a lose and get another car.
Will
Thanks

Welcome to AF, so you are paying for all this mis-diagnosis? That would be my first concern!! The basics are when it wont start do you have spark and will it start by spraying carb cleaner or starting fluid into the intake, I would assume they are doing this, there is no way for us to diagnose this over the net.

I agree with Max, if they have put all those parts in for a no start condition, you are being taken to the cleaners for their guesswork.....

A no start is one of the easiest diagnosis to make.....if you know what you are doing....

Thanks guys. I had it at three shops. It will run fine so to get to act you either drive it around or let idle for awhile then it will die. When driving it will hisiate and buckle real bad then shut off.
They said fule pressure was dropping so they thought for sure it would be the fuel pump.
I'm picking it up and I'm going to try and clean the throttle body and check the egr.
Then take to a dealer for diagnsis.
