Appear to have made a mistake by removing my battery ( needed it to toubleshoot another car) on my 97 3.3 Grand Voyager the day before inspection. When they plugged it in for emision sensors, it came up as not ready They said to drive for 100 miles and then come back. I have driven it now for approx. 600 mile under varied conditions and three sensors still do not come up. I have used a generic drive cycle a few times with no results. Any suggestions? Battery is 4-5 years old and appears to be fully charged. Thanks.

What's the temperature been in New Hampshire during the days you were driving it? If the outside air temp has not gone above 30 degrees then your EVAP test did not run. Check the link below, it outlines the different cycles for various emissions tests the OBD II runs.

Good luck.

Thanks. It has been over 30 degrees. But I will try your suggestion. Still getting the CAT,EVAP, and O2 sensors as not ready.

The link above shows the cycles for all three of those tests. I've never had to do them and they seem like a PITA, but as long as the outside air temp is over 30, if you run those procedures you should be good.

Good luck.

Your state follows the federal test procedure. You can have 2 monitors incomplete and the vehicle will test. I would not sweat the evap.
