Stainless steel exhaust system in Town Car?

I had a 1997 Oldsmobile that may have had a stainless steel exhaust, it lasted till 165,000 before the muffler and center pipe started giving out, much longer lasting than the old carbon steel exhausts we used to install in the 1980s.

The Olds spent most of its life exposed to road salt where it was in Minnesota, my Lincoln only spent 3 years in Ohio, the rest in Central Texas.

I was looking at the system the other day, and part of the center pipe is brown from a rust patina, the rest of the pipes are more dullish silvery looking.

Does my 2000 Lincoln Town Car have an all stainless steel exhaust system, and does this also apply to the cheaper Ford Crown Vic?
